We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who can join our team full time to assist our CEO and Executive Team in the face of the increasing demands associated with an exciting, rapidly growing venture. You will report directly to and work closely with the Launch Angels CEO and Senior Executives. This will include managing the CEO’s extensive schedule and communications, coordinating meetings and calendars for the team, supporting as an office manager, and executing a variety of special projects. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, professional, and entrepreneurial environment in a very nice office, where you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the Company, work with a talented team, and help bring the Launch Angels brand to new universities across the country. Basic Qualifications
  • Must be a college graduate
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Admin
  • Be located in the Greater Manchester area
  • Must be strong willed
  • Have strong writing and computer skills
  • Excellent work ethic, with an ability to work both hard and smart
  • High energy, self-starter, but a great team player
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills matched with an optimistic outlook
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prevent and catch errors
  • Ability to juggle and multi-task across one-offs and larger, long-term projects
  • Strong writer and communicator and even better listener
  • Skilled at managing up and working with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to be analytical and not only solve problems without much guidance, but anticipate and fix issues
  • Adept with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A high level of poise and professionalism

  • Are entrepreneurial
  • Have experience in financial services or venture investing
  • Are comfortable with or have experience with CRM software/ Hubspot
  • Are willing to proactively solve problems, pitch in and adapt with a growing start-up environment
  Responsibilities 1. Leverage the CEO’s time to increase productivity
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar
  • Be exceptionally organized and ensure he is prepared for all his responsibilities
  • Act as a confidential editor for all communications coming from the Office of the CEO
  • Gather research and query in-house resources in support of the CEO’s efforts
2. Support the CEO in his additional role as the Managing Partner of Green D Ventures
  • Help with Green D due diligence
  • Update and manage information and documentation within our CRM
3. Serve as the Office Manager
  • Answer the door and greet visitors
  • Handle mail, general inquiries
  • Order supplies and materials for the office
  • Assist with binding/copying/mailing projects and other special initiatives
  • Provide support to other team members, as needed
  • Coordinate office meetings and schedules
4. Assist with special projects, as well as a variety of tasks to help leverage the time of the Executive Team 5. Schedule flights, hotels, reservations, and travel agendas 6.
